The Students’ Welfare Cell (SWC) is the guiding body dedicated to enhancing the overall growth, engagement, and well-being of students at our madrasa. Formed under the supervision of the Principal and led by selected faculty members, the committee plays a central role in managing and nurturing all student-led clubs and co-curricular activities on campus.
To ensure every student at our madrasa receives opportunities to explore their talents, develop leadership skills, and participate in productive, value-driven extracurricular activities that complement Islamic education.
Oversee all registered student clubs, including the IT Club, Sports Club, Language Club, Islamic Cultural Club, and Debating Club.
Provide guidance to each club’s Teacher Patron and Student Executive Body.
Schedule and approve events, ensuring alignment with madrasa values and academic calendars.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and motivational programs to foster personal growth and public engagement.
Identify and address the non-academic needs of students through inclusive programming.
Leadership & Club Management
Supervise club leadership elections or selections.
Encourage transparency, discipline, and active participation within all clubs.
Ensure representation and equal opportunity for students across all grades.
Uphold a high standard of discipline, modesty, and moral conduct in all student activities.
Promote an environment where learning and Islamic principles walk hand in hand.
Enable students to participate in national competitions, debates, Olympiads, and cultural events.
Build partnerships with external educational institutions and community leaders to bring in mentorship, support, and collaboration.
